For private customers, all prices include VAT.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping within Denmark: DKK 50 for orders up to DKK 300. Free shipping on orders above DKK 300.
- International Shipping: Special rates apply. Please contact us for more information.
Payment Fees:
There are no fees for payments made with Dankort. Fees for international credit cards are outlined below:
- Dankort (0% fee): No fees for Dankort and e-Dankort payments.
- Mastercard / VISA (0% fee): No fees for Mastercard or Visa payments.
- MobilePay (0% fee): No fees for MobilePay transactions.
The Danish “Act on Sale of Goods” (Act no. 28 of January 21, 1980) and subsequent amendments apply to all purchases made on ktsommerfuglen.dk unless otherwise agreed. Below are our terms and conditions of trade.

Personal data is registered with MUDA and stored for up to five years as required by tax authorities, after which it is deleted.

We do not store or transmit personal data in encrypted form. Your information will not be shared with third parties. No sensitive personal data is registered.

All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT and all applicable taxes and duties.
Errors and Availability:
We reserve the right to correct any pricing or availability errors. If there is a discrepancy, our automatically generated order confirmation is not binding. We will contact you to adjust your order as needed.

Payments made with credit cards are encrypted (SSL), ensuring secure transactions. MUDA does not store or access your payment data.
Funds are only withdrawn once your items are shipped. We cannot withdraw a larger amount than the one you approved during checkout.
Delivery:
All items are shipped via GLS and are typically dispatched within one business day of receiving your order.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you with an estimated delivery date. If you are dissatisfied with the delivery time, please contact us promptly.
Delivery times are usually 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).
Right of Withdrawal:
For remote purchases, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. This only applies to consumer purchases.
If you wish to return an item, it must be in the same condition and quantity as when you received it. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can:
- Return the item to us.
- Refuse to accept the item upon delivery.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Items returned by cash on delivery will not be accepted.
Complaints:
Consumer purchases are covered by a 24-month warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (12 months for business purchases). Complaints must be made within a reasonable timeframe upon discovering the issue.
